You Are Campaign

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are launching a campaign titled "You Are." People with mental illness are often labeled as "crazy," "psycho," "nuts," "lazy," and other derogatory phrases. We want to show people living with mental illness that they are much more than their diagnosis and the stigma.

You are loved. You are strong. You are capable. You are valid. You are so much more than your mental illness.

We will be posting people's stories, photography, videography, artwork, and poetry in order to give people with mental illness a platform to speak up. We want everyone to be vocal about the stigma surrounding mental health and use their voice to increase awareness.

Share your story

If you are comfortable sharing your personal experience with mental illness through writing, photography, videography, artwork, or poetry, please submit your work to be featured. We will be sharing stories throughout the month of May.

If you want to spread the message of the "You Are" campaign and get others involved, we have multiple ways you can help get our message out there.
